In the center of the apartment's planning solution is a large hall from which you can get to the public area, as well as to the children's, master bedroom and utility rooms.
The public area of the apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room with a large terrace.
The public space of the cottage consists of a living room and a dining room. Opposite the spacious corner sofa there is a fireplace and a TV area. The kitchen area is allocated in a separate room, and is located next to the dining room.
The master bedroom area is located at the back of the apartment and includes a separate bathroom and wardrobe.
The compact master bathroom contains everything you need: washbasin, a bathtub, a shower area, as well as a toilet with a a bidet function. The centerpiece of the bathroom is a freestanding washbasin from the famous brand Antonio Lupi with a round mirror from Cattelan.
The children's room is located between the living room and the master bedroom. The interior of the room is organized by laconic furniture with color accents. Textured brick wall supports the general style of the apartment.
The girl's children's room is located in the upper part of the apartment, near the guest bathroom. To decorate the room, yellow and white colors were used, as well as light wood textures.
The boy's nursery is located near the master bedroom. The room is decorated in light blue and white colors. A special feature of the room was a special two-level zone for active games, located in a niche near the window.
Through the livingroom you can get to the outdoor terrace overlooking the city. The terrace has a seating area with two sofas and landscaping. Also on the terrace there is a special pergola with controlled slats, which protects from the sun and rain.
